蜂窝结构三维织物的设计及复合材料的制备 被引量:3

摘要 蜂窝织物是模拟大自然中蜜蜂蜂巢六边形结构的一种三维机织物,具有质轻、减震、隔热、隔声、比强度高等优良性能。设计了经向截面为六边形蜂窝的三维织物结构,以阻燃芳纶为主要纤维原料,采用多把梭子、分层引纬的方式进行了试织,并采用填充模具、手糊成型的方式制备了成孔良好的蜂窝三维织物复合材料。结果表明,在不考虑纱线细度的情况下,六边形蜂窝的大小主要受纬纱数量的影响,六边形的个数即织物层数主要受经纱循环数即织机用综数的限制。制备蜂窝三维织物复合材料时既要考虑树脂液的均匀浸润,同时要兼顾固化后的顺利脱模。 Honeycomb fabric is a kind of three-dimensional woven fabric which simulates the hexagonal structure of bee hive in nature.It has the advantages of light weight,shock absorption,heat insulation,sound insulation,high specific strength and so on.The three-dimensionalfabric with hexagonal honeycomb in the longitudinal section is designed.Flame retardant aramid is used as the main fiber material,and the honeycomb three-dimensional fabric is woven by multi-shuttle and layered weft insertion.Its composites with good holes are prepared by filling mould and hand paste molding.The results show that regardless of yarn fineness,the size of hexagonal honeycomb is mainly affected by the number of weft yarns,and the number of hexagonal layers,that is,the fabric layers,is mainly limited by the warp cycle,that is,the pieces of heald frame used in the loom.The uniform infiltration of resin solution and smooth demoulding after curing should be considered in the preparation of honeycomb three-dimensional fabric composites.
