双层管状织物电磁屏蔽与服用性能分析 被引量:4

Electromagnetic shielding performance and wearability of double tubular fabrics

摘要 为制备高效、穿着舒适的电磁屏蔽织物,选用不锈钢纱和涤纶作为经纬纱线织制双层管状织物。通过设计织物组织结构,织制了13种织物并测试电磁屏蔽效能值,研究不锈钢纱含量和配置、织物的基础组织和厚度对电磁屏蔽效能的影响,同时分析了织物的强力、柔性以及透气性。研究结果表明:以平纹为基础组织,经向为涤纶与不锈钢纱相间排列,纬向为涤纶与不锈钢纱以1∶1配置可获得电磁屏蔽效能最优的双层管状织物,织物具有良好的强力、柔性以及透气性。 In order to prepare an electromagnetic shielding fabric with high efficiency and comfortable wearing,stainless steel yarn and polyester are used as warp and weft yarns to weave a double-layer tubular fabric.By designing the fabric structure,13 kinds of fabrics are woven and their electromagnetic shielding effectiveness values are measured.The effects of stainless steel yarn content and arrangement,the fabric of basic structure and thickness on the electromagnetic shielding performance are studied.At the same time,the strength,flexibility and breathability of the fabrics are analyzed.The research results show that the double-layer tubular fabric with the best electromagnetic shielding effect can be obtained based on plain weave with polyester and stainless steel yarns arranged alternately in warp direction and polyester and stainless steel yarn of 1∶1 in weft direction configuration,which has good strength,flexibility and air permeability.
