摘要
黄斑裂孔是指黄斑中心凹部视网膜出现的组织缺损,严重损害患者的中心视力,可对患者的眼部健康和生活质量产生严重影响。特发性黄斑裂孔是指排除眼外伤、玻璃体视网膜病变等相关原发眼部病变的年龄相关性黄斑裂孔。特发性黄斑裂孔的诊断和治疗已经成为临床重点研究内容。本文就特发性黄斑裂孔的诊断方式和治疗进展进行综述。
Macular hole is a tissue defect in the macular fovea retina,which damages the central vision of patients and has a serious impact on their eye health and quality of life.Idiopathic macular hole refers to agerelated macular hole excluding ocular trauma,vitreoretinopathy and other related primary ocular lesions.The diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic macular hole has became clinically research focus.This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic macular hole.
