摘要
本文针对普通螺母连接因受冲击、振动等原因可能松脱的问题,设计了一种可互锁的防松螺母,介绍了螺母的组成结构、工作原理及安装过程。该螺母具有极大的防松抗振能力,消除了松动,保证了连接紧固件的安全,节约了大量处理螺母松动的时间。
In view of the possible looseness of common nut connection due to impact,vibration and other reasons,an interlocking locknut is designed and the structure,working principle and installation process of nut are introduced,which has great anti loose and anti vibration ability,eliminates looseness,ensures the safety of connecting fasteners,and saves a lot of time to deal with nut looseness.
