摘要
本文基于ADAMS分析了一种壳架电流等级为800 A的双断口塑壳断路器运动系统合闸、分闸、脱扣和再扣运动过程,并通过物理样机试验验证了该分析的正确性。研究结果表明,通过仿真计算可以准确分析断路器操作机构与触头系统的动力学特性,从而对机构进行优化获得所需要的机构运动特性和触头参数,为新型断路器设计提供理论基础;通过仿真分析还发现增加辅助机构有助于减小触头弹跳。
Based on ADAMS,the processes of closing,opening,tripping and reclosing of a double-break moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB)with frame current of 800 A are analyzed.The correctness of the analysis is verified by the experiment with the MCCB prototypes.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the operating mechanism and contact system can be accurately analyzed and calculated,which is beneficial to optimize the mechanism system and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the new circuit breakers.Meanwhile,the simulation analysis also shows the contact bounce can be reduced by means of additional auxiliary mechanism.
