特厚煤层综放工作面小煤柱留设技术的应用

摘要 同煤集团塔山煤矿8204综放工作面顺槽矿压逐步显现,导致巷道变形、冒顶现象时有发生,工作面保安煤柱较宽,资源浪费严重。鉴于此,对特厚煤层综放工作面小煤柱留设技术进行分析研究,在保证工作面防火以及瓦斯治理同时,全面实行窄小煤柱沿空掘巷布置。结果表明,该技术的使用,使巷道掘进维护量明显减少,煤炭回收率显著提高。 8204 working face of Tashan Mine gradually showing the mining pressure,which led to the deformation of the roadway and the caving phenomenon,and the wide security coal column of the face,resulting in a serious waste of resources.In view of this,the analysis and research was conducted on the technology of leaving small coal pillars in the extra thick coal seam,and the narrow coal pillars were arranged along the goaf while ensuring fire protection and gas control in the face.The results showed that the use of this technique can significantly reduce the maintenance of roadway mining and improve the coal recovery rate.
