摘要
针对司马矿1205工作面回采煤层透气系数以及钻孔瓦斯流量衰减系数低,导致工作面瓦斯抽采效率低、工作面瓦斯超限等技术难题,该矿通过技术研究,决定对1205工作面3号煤层采取切缝至裂技术,通过实际应用,采取切缝至裂技术煤层透气系数提高2倍,瓦斯抽采效率提高至57%,工作面回采期间瓦斯浓度降低至0.8%以下,取得了显著应用成效。
Considering the low permeability coefficient of coal seam and gas flow attenuation coefficient of borehole at 1205 working face of Sima Mine,led to low efficiency of gas extraction and gas over limit in working face,etc.,slit-to-crack technology was adopted to No.3 coal seam in 1205 working face,after the implementation,the permeability coefficient of coal seam was increased by 2 times,the gas extraction efficiency was increased to 57%,and the gas concentration was reduced to less than 0.8%during the mining,with remarkable application results.
