摘要
塔类设备是石化企业的关键设备之一,对塔类设备进行HAZOP分析,是提高塔类设备本质安全、减少在生产过程中可能存在的危害因素的有效办法之一。立足于石化企业塔类设备的HAZOP分析,针对温度、压力、塔釜液位、进料流量等主要工艺参数,分析其工艺运行偏离正常操作条件的原因(即发生偏差的原因)、偏差所造成的后果,针对发生偏差的原因及造成的后果分析应采取的安全措施,识别现有安全措施存在的隐患和不足,提出改进建议,研究探讨塔类设备HAZOP分析的要点所在。
Tower equipment is one of the key equipment in petrochemical enterprises.HAZOP analysis of tower equipment is one of the effective methods to improve the intrinsic safety of tower equipment and reduce the possible hazardous factors in the production process.Based on the HAZOP analysis of tower equipment in petrochemical enterprises,the reasons for the deviation of process operation was analyzed from normal operation conditions(i.e.the cause of deviation)and the consequences of deviation according to the main process parameters such as temperature,pressure,tower bottom liquid level and feed flow rate.In view of the causes and consequences of the deviation,the safety measures should be taken and the existing safety measures should be identified The existing hidden dangers and deficiencies are proposed,and the key points of HAZOP analysis for tower equipment were studied and discussed.
