基于ABAQUS的陆上风机基础混凝土结构加固体的水化热数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 风机基础混凝土结构加固体的尺寸较大,浇筑过程中温度峰值较高、升温速度快,外表层散热迅速,极易产生收缩裂缝。利用ABAQUS二次开发平台,编制了从基础到加固体浇筑的全周期水化热温度与应力的数值模拟程序,计算结果表明,加固体表层的应力超过允许应力值的程度与实际裂缝情况较符合,可为陆上风机基础混凝土结构加固体的水化热温度控制和收缩裂缝控制提供施工指导,对同类工程的优化加固设计方案和施工具有参考价值。 The size of concrete structure of wind turbine foundation is larger.Meanwhile,the temperature peak and risen speed of the concrete are higher during the pouring process.Thus,the outer surface dissipates heat quickly,and it is easy to cause shrinkage cracks.The numerical simulation of temperature and stress of the whole cycle hydration heat from the foundation to reinforcement pouring are carried out on the ABAQUS secondary development platform.The calculation results show that the extent to which the stress on the solid surface exceeds the allowable stress value is in good agreement with the actual crack conditions,which provides construction guidance for the temperature control of hydration heat and shrinkage crack control of the foundation concrete structure of onshore wind turbine.Thus,it has reference value for design scheme and construction of the same kind of engineering.
