摘要
针对未考虑风电出力不确定性的传统确定性调度模式不利于风电消纳的问题,利用鲁棒区间经济调度方法,以风电场的允许出力区间下限与预测置信区间下限相等为边界条件,将风电场的允许出力区间上限作为优化参数,在保证系统安全性的基础上兼顾风电的渗透率,以常规机组的燃料成本最小化和风电场允许出力区间最大化为目标函数,建立了考虑网损的鲁棒区间经济调度模型,并采用改进μ约束处理技术的差分进化算法对模型进行求解。最后,通过IEEE30节点测试系统分析了不同装机容量下及不同目标函数和风电场允许出力区间约束下风电消纳情况,验证了所提鲁棒区间经济调度模型的有效性。
The traditional deterministic dispatching model is disadvantageous to the consumption of the wind power due to the neglect of the uncertainty of wind power output.Therefore,a robust interval economic dispatch model considering power grid losses was established,and the model was solved by the differential-evolution algorithm with improvedμ-constraints handling technology.The model takes the equality of lower limit of allowed output interval of wind farm and lower limit of predicted confidence interval as a boundary condition and the upper limit of allowable output range of wind farm as the optimization parameter.In addition,the objective function is to minimize the fuel cost of conventional units and maximize the allowable output range of wind farms by considering the permeability of wind power on the basis of the safety of the system.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by the IEEE30 node test system,which contains the wind power consumption under different installed capacities,different objective functions and constraints on the allowed output interval of the wind farm.
