摘要
对福清核电1.2号机组烟囱取样代表性进行了分析与计算,结果表明:烟囱取样位置满足标准要求,但取样系统布置存在一定的问题,导致气溶胶传输比达不到标准的要求。根据气溶胶在管道中的传输特性,结合现场实际烟肉和流出物监测仪的布置位置,本文提出了烟囱内和厂房内取样管道敷设的改进方案。通过计算,改进后的取样系统对10μm空气动力学直径的气溶胶传输比大于50%,满足气载流出物取样代表性的要求。
This paper analyzes and tests the sampling representation of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1&2 vent.The result shows that the sampling position in vent meets the requirements of the standard.But the arrangement of sampling system has some problems.As a result the aerosol transmission ratio is less than the standard requirement.According to the transmission characteristics of aerosols in the tube,combined with the actual layout of vent and effluent monitors on plant,this paper puts forward an improved scheme for the laying of sampling tubes in vent and buildings.Through calculation,the transmission ratio of aerosol of 10μm aerodynamic diameter in the improved sampling system is more than 50%,which meets the requirements of sampling representation of airborne effluent.
