摘要
知识生产方式的重大转型是导致同行评议出现危机的根本原因。以"跨学科"和"应用价值"为特征的知识生产模式Ⅱ,对同行评议的评议主体、评议标准和价值取向提出了挑战。在评议主体方面,跨学科同行评议难以找到真正意义上的同行;在评议标准方面,以不同学科范式去评价跨学科研究容易导致评议结果出现偏颇;在价值取向方面,知识的应用性价值缺失使得同行评议无法对研究的"社会之用"进行评价,造成科学与社会的脱节。化解同行评议的危机,应加强不同学科评议人之间的沟通与交流,建立多元价值取向的同行评议体系。
The transformation of knowledge production mode is the root cause of peer review crisis.Knowledge production modelⅡ,which is characterized by"interdisciplinary"and"application value",challenges the evaluation subject,evaluation standard and value orientation of peer review.In terms of evaluation subject,it is difficult for peer review of interdisciplinary to find"true peer"in the true sense;in terms of evaluation standards,peer review of interdisciplinary research based on different disciplinary paradigms is easy to cause conflict of evaluation standards,which leads to biased evaluation results;in terms of value orientation,the lack of application value orientation makes peer review unable to evaluate the practical use of research,resulting discrepancy between science and society.To resolve the crisis of peer review,it should enhance the communication among the peer,and establish the peer review system based on the multi-value orientation.
