摘要
高校学术诚信治理的教与学模式以促进学生真实学习为目的,主张能动建构掌握型、参与式、关怀型和公正的课堂环境。具体而言,应以课程大纲为载体,明确学术诚信规定,使课堂管理公正有序;以促学观念和策略引导学生乐学善学,提升学习获得感;提升学业评价素养,采取针对性评价策略;主动建立公正和促进成长为核心的关怀型师生关系。"金课"建设在追求卓越教与学的同时不可遗落其伦理责任,只有立足并超越学术诚信,在国家政策、高校管理、日常教学中渗透制度"善"和师德"善",才能真正完成立德树人根本任务,彻底走出学术不端伦理困境。
The teaching and learning approach to academic integrity aims to promote students’authentic learning,and constructs classroom environment with mastery,engagement,caring and fairness.To be specific,it should load on the curriculum outline,and clarify academic integrity,making classroom fair and orderly;leading students’learning,and improve the acquisition of learning;advance academic assessment,and take the niche assessment strategy;and construct the caring faculty-student relationship.To pursue excellent teaching and learning,constructing"gold curriculum"should not ignore its ethical responsibilities.With academic integrity and goodness penetrating into the institutions of state policy,university management and teaching,it could fulfil the mission of nurturing students with intellectual excellence and fine character,getting out of academic misconduct.
