摘要
目前柿的主产区有从传统的黄河流域向长江流域及其以南,以及向中西部扩展的趋势。随着果品市场国际化和多样化趋势日益明显,柿产业面临新的发展机遇。本文从柿的生物学特点和产业趋势的角度,针对甜柿遗传改良,砧木筛选和繁殖,标准化建园和轻简化田间管理,以及柿单宁功能扩展和多元化产品开发等问题,对我国柿产业技术的改进提出一些个人观点,供相关研究者和生产者参考或借鉴。
The main producing area of persimmon in China exhibited the tendency of expansion from the traditional Yellow River basin to the Yangtze River basin and its south,and to the central and western regions.With the increasing trend of internationalization and diversification of the fruit market,the persimmon industry was facing new development opportunities.In the paper some critical technologies associated with future development of persimmon industry were put forward from the perspective of biological characteristics and industrial trends,including the genetic improvement of persimmon,rootstock selection and propagation,standardized establishment and simplified management of orchards,as well as the function exploitation of tannins and development of multi-functional products.This paper puts forward some personal views on the improvement of persimmon industry technology in China for reference of relevant researchers and producers.
