以中国特色学科评估推进“双一流”建设——本质追求、现存问题与根本出路 被引量:8

摘要 中国特色学科评估蕴含着丰富的思想内涵和深刻的价值理念,其精神实质和核心要义是遵循学科内外发展规律、促进高等院校生态发展、适切中国高等教育实情。中国特色学科评估是时代所需、实践之需和改革必需。高校学科评估在服务“双一流”建设等方面取得一定成效,但依然存在中国化不足、本土特色不够鲜明的问题,突出表现为忽视师德师风评价;论文评价脱离国情;参评规则巧被利用;省级数据参差不齐;评估结果不够可靠。以中国特色学科评估推进“双一流”建设,必须立足中国国情、扎根中国大地,构建具有中国特色、国际水平与国际影响的学科评估体系,才能破解“中国问题”,走出一条推动中国高等教育由大变强的道路。 The discipline assessment with Chinese characteristics contains rich ideological connotation and profound values,its spiritual essence and core principles are to follow the inner and outer rules of discipline construction,to promote the ecological development of universities colleges and to adapt basic national conditions of Chinese higher education.The Chinese characteristic discipline assessment is the need for the time,practice and reform.The discipline assessment of Chinese universities has achieved certain results in serving for the“double first-class”construction,but there are still problems with insufficient Sinicization and insufficient local characteristics,which shows as:neglecting teacher’s moral evaluation;the evaluation of the paper variates from local conditions;the rules for participating in the review are cleverly used;provincial data are uneven;results of assessment are not reliable enough.We must take root in China and build a system of evaluating disciplines with Chinese characteristics,international standards and international influence,so that we can find a way to promote the transformation of Chinese higher education from large to strong.
