摘要
现在的社会已经进入了一个以数据为驱动的新时代,传统的人力资源管理方式无法满足高校的快速发展,大数据下的管理模式必将成为高校人力资源管理的必然趋势。大数据战略下,通过建设大数据平台,提高人力资源基层服务人员业务办理的效率和效力,提高服务质量。另外,在人才引进、薪酬绩效、人才培养、人才评价等各个方面挖掘高细粒度的数据,进行信息整合,实现数据驱动管理决策,降低决策的失误概率,提高管理的公信度和权威力。
The current society has entered a data-driven new era,the traditional human resource management can not meet the rapid development of universities,big data management mode will become the inevitable trend of university human resource management.Under the big data strategy,through the construction of big data platform,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business handling and service quality of basic human resources service personnel.In addition,high granularity data will be mined in talent introduction,salary performance,talent training,talent evaluation and other aspects to carry out information integration,so as to realize data-driven management decisions,reduce the probability of decision mistakes,and improve the credibility and power of management.
