妊娠滋养细胞疾病(gestational trophoblastic disease,GTD)/妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(gestational trophoblastic neoplasia,GTN)是继妇科三大恶性肿瘤(宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌)后相对较为少见的肿瘤相关性疾病,其中GTN是指侵蚀性葡萄胎(invasive mole,IM)、绒毛膜癌(choriocarcinoma,CC)和中间型滋养细胞肿瘤(intermediate trophoblastic tumor,ITT)中的胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(placental site trophoblastic tumor,PSTT)和上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤(epithelioid trophoblastic tumor,ETT)。
