Health outcome is an important evidence for the setting and purchasing of health value unit.Measure health outcomes scientifically and rationally is an important basis for developing of value based payment systems.Through literature review,it makes an in-depth analysis of the methods and systems of health outcome measurement and the construction process of health outcome measurement system,with a view to provide references for the medical insurance payment method in China.
