摘要
以尾矿为原料合成ZSM-5的关键在于有效除杂和活化。通过不同酸洗方法对钨尾矿进行除杂,经过高温碱熔活化后可作为全部硅铝源,合成出结晶度良好的ZSM-5。低温常压(50℃~90℃)酸浸可以去除大部分钙组分。高温高压(170℃)对各杂质组分的去除效果更好(特别是Al),产生更高的原料硅铝摩尔比、SiO2溶出率、产物纯产量和SiO2利用率,实现钨尾矿资源化利用。
The key to synthesize ZSM-5 with tailings is to effectively remove impurities and activate.The impurities of tungsten tailings were removed by different acid leaching methods.After being activated by high-temperature alkali melting,ZSM-5 with good crystallinity is synthesized.Acid leaching at low temperature and normal pressure(50℃~90℃)can remove most of calcium components.High temperature(170℃)and high pressure has better removal effect on various impurity components(especially Al),which produces higher ratio of raw material silicon to aluminum molar,SiO2 dissolution rate,product pure yield and SiO2 utilization rate,and realizes resource utilization of tungsten tailings.
