摘要
结合全球及重点区域凝析油资源供需现状和预测分析,梳理了炼化企业单独或掺炼加工2种凝析油资源利用模式及利旧装置改造原则;针对凝析油来源及性质特点,对凝析油加工利用中的主要脱硫脱汞技术方案、储运和环保措施以及经济性进行了系统分析。为提高凝析油资源加工利用技术经济性,分别从促进资源进口多元化、改造和利用闲置装置、加强储运设施建设方案比选满足环保新要求以及优化资源采购和管理、降低效益风险等方面提出了相关建议。
Based on the forecast of condensate oil supply and demand in the world and major regions,this paper presented the separate and blended processing of condensate oil,as well as the principle of retrofitting old processing facilities,for more efficient utilization of condensate oil resources.According to the sources and properties of condensate oil,it discussed the primary desulfurization and demercuration technologies,the storage/transportation and environmental measures,and the economics in condensate oil processing.In order to improve the technoeconomy of condensate oil processing and resource utilization,it also put forward suggestions on condensate oil import diversification,modification of idle equipment,selection of construction scheme for storage facilities up to new environmental standards,and optimizing resource purchase to reduce benefit risk.
