基于机器视觉的轴类工件检测技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 作为支承传动零部件,且被用于传递扭矩和承受载荷,轴类工件的几何尺寸精度将会直接影响到机械整体的运动性能以及使用寿命。机器视觉检测技术,可以实现对轴类工件的尺寸进行非接触式检测,从而判断工件是否符合生产标准。本文利用CMOS工业相机对工件进行图像采集,通过图像识别、图像边缘提取、亚像素精度边缘处理,获取被测工件的尺寸精度,然后与工件标准比对,实现工件产品质量优劣分类。实验验证,基于机器视觉对轴类工件尺寸的检测,具有较高的检测准确度。 As a supporting and driving part,which is used to transfer torque and bear load,the precision of axial workpiece geometry will directly affect the overall mechanical performance and service life.Machine vision detection technology can realize non-contact detection of the size of shaft workpiece,so as to determine whether the workpiece conforms to the production standard.In this paper,CMOS industrial camera is used for image acquisition of the workpiece.Through image recognition,image edge extraction and sub-pixel precision edge processing,the dimensional accuracy of the measured workpiece is obtained,and then compared with the workpiece standard to realize the classification of product quality of the workpiece.The experiment verifies that the detection of workpiece size based on machine vision has a high detection accuracy.
