Objective:To explore the intervention effect of continuous nursing guided by opportunity theory on postpartum depression of parturients. Methods:According to the different nursing methods,60 parturients delivered in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the research group received continuous nursing guided by time theory on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of depression before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to change the negative emotions of parturients after delivery. The self-care ability of puerpera was evaluated by self-made self-care ability evaluation questionnaire. Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of depression and SDS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The incidence of depression and the score of depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group one month after intervention and two months after intervention(P>0.05).The score of self-care ability in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention mode guided by the theory of opportunity can effectively improve postpartum negative emotions, reduce the incidence of depression, improve self-care ability and enhance the effect of intervention. This mode has high clinical practical value.
