肝硬化引致上消化道出血的循证护理效果

Effect of evidence-based nursing on upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis

目的探究肝硬化引致上消化道出血的循证护理效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月康平县人民医院收治的78例肝硬化引致上消化道出血患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将研究对象分为两组——对照组和观察组(每组39例),对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采用循证护理模式,比较两组患者的再出血率、护理满意度和生活质量。结果观察组患者6个月内再出血率为2.56%,低于对照组(15.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为94.87%,高于对照组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肝硬化引致上消化道出血患者,循证护理能够为患者提供专业护理服务,预防再出血发生,患者满意度理想,利于生活质量改善,值得推荐。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis in People's Hospital of Kangping County during from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(39 cases in each group).The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the evidence-based nursing mode.The rebleeding rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The rebleeding rate within 6 months in the observation group was 2.56%,lower than that in the control group(15.38%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87%,higher than that of the control group(79.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis,evidence-based nursing can provide professional nursing services for patients,prevent rebleeding,and patients'satisfaction is ideal,which is conducive to the improvement of quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation.
