产前超声诊断胎儿肾脏发育异常临床分析

Clinical analysis of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of abnormal fetal kidney development

目的探究在胎儿各类型肾脏发育异常中,使用产前超声的应用效果以及使用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月在本院进行超声检查的患者,并且经过检查后出现肾脏发育异常的胎儿,共选取50例。结果在本研究中,共选取了50例胎儿,其中肾盂增宽、多囊肾等疾病的检出率较高,而对于盆腔异位肾以及重复肾等疾病的检出率较低,而且在肾盂增宽胎儿的手术预后方面具有较好的疗效,而其他肾脏发育异常的胎儿在预后方面效果较差。结论使用产前超声诊断能够较为准确且精准的发现胎儿肾脏的发育异常,能够及时的为后期的治疗提供相应的治疗数据。

Objective:To explore the application effect and use value of prenatal ultrasound in various types of fetal kidney development abnormalities.Methods:A total of 50 patients were selected for ultrasound examination in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and fetuses with abnormal kidney development after the examination.Results:In this study,a total of 50 fetuses were selected.Among them,the detection rate of renal pelvis widening,polycystic kidney disease and other diseases was higher,while the detection rate of pelvic heterotopic kidney and duplication kidney diseases was lower.Moreover,it has a good effect on the prognosis of fetuses with enlarged renal pelvis,while other fetuses with abnormal kidney development have poor prognosis.Conclusion:The use of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis can more accurately find the abnormal development of fetal kidney,and can provide corresponding treatment data for later treatment in time.
