摘要
目的研究妇产科教学改革中应用CPPT模式时对学员教师角色转变的影响。方法在2016年8月至2019年2月,选取34例本院妇科实习护士为研究对象,按照随机方式分为观察组和参照组,每组17例。观察组采取CPPT教学模式,参照组采取常规教学模式,对两组护士的角色转变状况以及考试成绩进行比较。结果对两组实习生角色转变状况进行对比,观察组明显优于参照组,数据有差异,P<0.05;两组实习生的考试成绩在教学后观察组优于参照组,数据有差异,P<0.05。结论与常规教学模式相比,采取CPPT教学模式有利于扭转实习生教师角色转变的状况,提升学习成绩,应用价值较高。
Objective:To study the effect of CPPT mode on the role change of students and teachers in obstetrics and gynecology teaching reform.Methods:from August 2016 to February 2019,34 gynecological practice nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and reference group,17 in each group.CPPT teaching mode was adopted in the observation group and the conventional teaching mode was adopted in the reference group.Results:compared with the role change of the two groups,the observation group was significantly better than the reference group,with differences in data(P<0.05);the test scores of the two groups were better than the reference group after teaching,with differences in data(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the conventional teaching mode,the CPPT teaching mode is conducive to reversing the role change of the intern teachers,improving their academic performance,and has higher application value.
