为更好发挥人工智能技术在侦查讯问中的辅助作用,有效提升讯问质量和效率,顺利实现讯问目的和价值,全面系统总结了人工智能技术在讯问中的应用现状,深入分析了人工智能技术在辅助讯问实践中存在的应用风险,结合讯问工作特点和实际,提出了树立正确的人工智能辅助讯问观、加强队伍专业化建设、发挥证据辅助作用、消减数据和算法偏见、增强讯问文本挖掘力度和准确性等具体规制措施,以期更好地应用人工智能技术,有效规避应用风险,给讯问工作提供新的思路和途径。

To better play the auxiliary role of artificial intelligence technology in the investigation and interrogation,effectively improve the quality and efficiency of interrogation,smoothly accomplish the purposes of interrogation and realize its value,this paper makes a systematic summary of the present situation of applying artificial intelligence technology in interrogation,conducts an in-depth analysis of the risks of applying it to assist interrogation practice.Based on the its characteristics and actual work,this paper puts forward some measures to better apply artificial intelligence technology in interrogation and effectively avoid the risks in its application and provide alternative approaches in interrogation.These measures include establishing a correct concept of applying artificial intelligence in interrogation,strengthening the construction of specialized team,play the role of supplementary evidence,reducing the bias in data and algorithm,enhancing text mining and its accuracy.
