新媒体环境下公安执法舆情应对策略

Coping Strategy of Public Opinion of Public Security Law Enforcement under the Environment of New Media

随着互联网信息技术的迅猛发展、新媒体传播方式的不断涌现,作为涉警舆情主要表现形式的公安执法舆情,也被赋予了小事件引发大舆情、突发舆情常态化、微视频成为传播重要方式的新特点。新特点提出新要求,从被动应对到主动引导、从个案处置到普法教育成为公安机关舆情应对下一步的重点方向。提出公安机关进一步增强以人为本的法治理念,完善协调配合的联动机制,提高舆情处置队伍的专业化与全员化等应对策略。

With the rapid development of internet information technology and the continuous emergence of new media communication modes,public opinion on law enforcement,as the main form of public opinion involving the police,has also been endowed with new characteristics that small incidents trigger big public opinion,emergency public opinion is normalized,and micro-video becomes an important mode of communication.The new characteristics put forward new requirements,therefore the public security organs should cope public opinion with active guidance instead of passive response only,and legal education instead of case treatment only in their future work.Accordingly,the public security organs should further strengthen the people-oriented concept of the rule of law,improve the linkage mechanism of coordination and cooperation,and improve the professionalism and full membership of the crisis management team on law enforcement public opinion.
