摘要
警务技能教学训练是公安院校人才培养的基础环节,但当前在院校的警务技能教学训练方面仍存在着诸多制约因素,如教学训练中的“三重三轻”问题、以课堂教学练习代替课下强化训练问题、教学内容设计实战化体现不足问题以及教学考评设计有待改进等。针对这些制约因素从构建有自身特色的警务技能课程体系、调整警务技能教学训练理念、增强教学内容中实战性因素的设计、丰富教学考评方式方法等方面提出建议,为提升学校警务技能的教学训练水平提供借鉴与参考。
The teaching and training of policing skills is fundamental for training talents in public security colleges, but also be helpful for students’ future development. However, there are many constraints in the practical teaching and training of policing skills. For example, "three focuses and distain" in teaching and training, replacing after-class intensive training with classroom teaching exercises, inadequate actualization of teaching content and imperfect design of teaching assessment. In response to these constraints, suggestions are put forward in this paper, including constructing a policing skills course system with its own characteristics, adjusting the teaching and training concept of policing skills, strengthening the design of actual combat factors in teaching content and enriching teaching assessment methods, etc., in order to provide reference for improving the teaching and training level of policing skills.
