摘要
为了高效传输太赫兹(Terahertz,THz)波并促进太赫兹的实际应用。提出了一种具有高双折射,低色散特性的太赫兹光子晶体光纤(Photonic Crystal Fiber,PCF)。利用全矢量有限元法对所提出的PCF结构进行数值仿真,分析了结构参数与双折射以及色散的关系。仿真结果表明,该光纤在0.9~1.3 THz可获得10-2数量级的高双折射和较低的色散,频率为1 THz时双折射可高达0.0318,同时在1.1~1.3 THz,可获得0.8±0.45ps/(THz·cm)的色散。
In order to efficiently transmit terahertz(THz)wave and promote the practical application of terahertz wave.A terahertz photonic crystal fiber(PCF)with high birefringence and low dispersion was proposed.The full-vector finite element method was used to numerically simulate the proposed PCF structure,and the relationships of structure parameters between birefringence and dispersion were analyzed.The simulation results show that the fiber can obtain a high birefringence of 10-2 at 0.9~1.3 THz.Furthermore,the birefringence can be as high as 0.0318 when the frequency is 1 THz.Meanwhile,the flat dispersion of 0.8±0.45 ps/(THz·cm)can be obtained at 1.1~1.3 THz.
