摘要
设计了一种单点相位式TOF深度探测器,并提出了相应的深度数据校正模型和消除数据抖动的方法,有一定的实用价值。国内外非常关注单点TOF相机芯片研究,广泛应用于手机、生物医疗、构建三维场景等领域。本文设计完成了数字模块设计并对顶层状态机及时序驱动信号进行寄存器巧妙配置,与模拟部分结合提高系统集成度。设计对深度测量的系统误差分析归纳原因,对深度数据校正模型进行误差校正,更好的还原三维场景的深度值,提高测量精度。通过高斯滤波、设置参数等方式消除数据抖动,提高测量稳定性。此系统与其他测量方式相比可直接输出深度图,具有模组体积更小,成本、功耗更低等优点。
This paper introduces a single-photon phase TOF depth detector chip,put forward the corresponding depth data correction model and the method of eliminating data jitter,which has certain practical value.At home and abroad,more and more attention is paid to the research of single-point TOF camera chips,which will be widely used in mobile phone cameras and building 3 D scenes in the future.Based on this background,this design completed the digital module design,and docking with analog signals cleverly configured the registers of the top-level state machine and timing drive signals to improve system integration.The design analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the system error of depth measurement,and corrects the error through the depth data correction model to improve the measurement accuracy and better restore the depth value of the three-dimensional scene.The experiment also eliminates data jitter through Gaussian filtering,parameter setting,etc.,and improves measurement stability.System can directly output the depth map,which reduces the size of the module and lowers the cost and power consumption.
