摘要
通过热塑加工方法制备了增塑改性聚乙烯醇(mPVA)/聚乙二醇(PEG)复合材料,研究了PEG相对分子质量和含量对mPVA/PEG复合材料热性能、热塑加工性能,转矩流变性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量PEG可降低mPVA的熔点,表明PEG对mPVA有一定的增塑作用;随着PEG用量的增加,mPVA的熔体流动速率增大,扭矩平衡值下降,改善了复合材料的热塑加工性能;随着PEG相对分子质量的增加,mPVA的熔体流动速率减小,熔点和平衡扭矩升高,PEG的增塑作用减弱;当PEG2000质量分数为5.0%时,mPVA/PEG复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率最佳,分别为30.68 MPa,695%。
Plasticization-modified poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(ethylene glycol)(mPVA/PEG)composites were prepared via thermal processing.The effects of relative molecular mass and content of PEG on thermal processing,torque rheological behavior,mechanical and thermal properties of the composites were observed.The results show that the addition of PEG reduces the melt temperature of mPVA,which means that PEG helps to plasticize mPVA.The melt flow rate(MFR)of composites increases and the equilibrium torque decreases with the increase of the content of PEG,improving the thermal processability of the composites.The MFR of mPVA decreases,the melt temperature and equilibrium torque increase with the relative molecular mass of PEG increasing,indicating the weakening plasticization of PEG.The optimal tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites are 30.68 MPa and 695% respectively when the mass fraction PEG2000 is 5.0%.
