摘要
以翘曲变形量为评价指标,采用Moldflow软件和正交试验法对高分子塑件注塑成型工艺参数进行优化,根据Taguchi指标权重计算结果,选取熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间为因素,建立3因素3水平正交试验,获得了注塑成型中的最优工艺参数。结果表明:最优工艺参数为模具温度240℃,熔体温度32℃,注射时间0.68 s,此条件下,塑件的最大翘曲变形量为0.8730 mm,远低于商家推荐工艺参数下的最大翘曲变形量(0.9565 mm),且小于软件优化模块后产生的翘曲变形量0.8966 mm,提高了注塑工艺的成型效果。
The parameters of polymer plastic parts injection molding were optimized by Moldflow software and orthogonal test with warping deformation as evaluation index.The Taguchi index weight was used to calculate the results,based on which the melt temperature,mold temperature and injection time were selected as the experimental factors to establish three factors and three levels orthogonal test to obtain the optimal process parameters in injection molding.The results show that the optimum process parameters are as follows:the mold temperature is 240℃,the melt temperature is 32℃,and the injection time is 0.68 s.The maximum warpage deformation of the plastic parts is 0.8730 mm under the conditions,which is much smaller than that of 0.9565 mm recommended by manufacturer and 0.8966 mm after the software optimization.The molding effect of injection molding process is improved effectively.
