摘要
文章针对包钢带式球团由于膨润土配比高导致其球团矿SiO 2含量高的生产状况,进行了配加新型粘结剂替代膨润土的可行性试验。结果表明,使用新型粘结剂替代膨润土后,球团矿品位提高0.45个百分点,SiO 2含量降低0.60个百分点,该球团矿可以更好的满足高炉冶炼需求。
In this paper,it is introduced the feasibility test of adding new-type binder instead of bentonite is carried out aiming at the production situation of high content of SiO 2 in pellet due to the high proportion of bentonite for pellet with belt type roasting machine.The results showed that the grade of pellet increased by 0.45 percentage points and the content of SiO 2 reduced by 0.60 percentage points after use new-type binder instead of bentonite so that the pellet could better meet the smelting demands of blast furnace.
