摘要 文章对包钢8^(#)高炉提产降耗实践进行了总结。通过采取强化原燃料管理、上下部调剂、优化高炉操作、提高顶压、提高风温、提高煤比,加强过程控制及岗位人员培训、强化设备管理、降低休风率,高炉操作炉型逐渐合理,高炉技术经济指标得到提高。2020年上半年高炉利用系数达到2.205 t/(m^(3)·d),燃料比548 kg/t。 In this paper,the practice on increasing production and reducing consumption for 8^(#) blast furnace of Baotou Steel is summarized.The blast furnace operation and inner profile are gradually rational through such measures as strengthening management of raw fuel,adjusting upper and lower parts,optimizing blast furnace operation,increasing top pressure,blast temperature and coal ratio,enhancing process control,personnel training and equipment management as well as reducing delay ratio so that the technological and economic indicators of blast furnace are improved.In the first half year of 2020,the utilization coefficient of blast furnace reached 2.205 t/(m^(3)·d)and the fuel ratio was 548 kg/t.
