摘要 为了对复合材料单向加筋板弯曲刚度进行优化设计,首先以弯曲刚度要求下的复合材料加筋板重量优化设计为背景,探讨了复合材料单向加筋板刚度优化设计方法,并且提出了复合材料单向加筋板简化模型、刚度评价标准以及板筋相对刚度等基本概念;然后,基于简化模型进行了刚度优化特性探讨,运用理论与仿真计算相结合的方法,推导出平均挠度表达式,提出加筋板刚度优化设计方案。研究表明:基于简化模型得到的相关规律可较好适用于板筋结构方案设计,所提出的设计方法可以为复合材料筋材设计提供参考。 Based on the weight optimization design of composite stiffened plates under bending stiffness requirements, the stiffness optimization design method of composite unidirectional stiffened plates is discussed firstly. The basic concepts of simplified model, stiffness evaluation criteria and re-lative stiffness of composite unidirectional stiffened plates are put forward. And then, based on the simplified model, the stiffness optimization characteristics are discussed. The average deflection expression is deduced by combining theory with simulation calculation, and the stiffness optimization design scheme of stiffened plate is put forward. The results show that the relevant rules based on the simplified model can be well applied to the design of stiffened plate structures, and thus the method proposed can provide reference for the design.
