摘要
针对武器装备性能指标优化设计问题,在剖析经济可承受性概念内涵的基础上,基于传统的效费比模型,构建了一种涵盖效能、寿命周期费用、研制周期和研制风险等多重因素的武器装备经济可承受性评估模型;考虑到性能指标在总体设计到工程实现过程中存在的随机性,以武器装备经济可承受性的期望值为目标,建立了武器装备性能指标优化设计的随机期望值模型,给出了基于混合智能算法的模型求解方法。实例计算分析证明了所提出方法的有效性,可以为武器装备的总体方案论证设计、性能指标优化,以及经济可承受性评估和决策提供有益参考。
Aiming at the optimization design of weapon equipment performance index, and based on the in-depth analysis on the concept of affordability and the traditional cost-effectiveness ratio model, an evaluation model of the weapon equipment affordability including multiple factors such as efficiency, life cycle cost,development cycle and development risk was constructed. At the same time, considering the randomness of performance indexes in the process from overall design to project implementation, with the goal of weapon equipment affordability expectations, the random expected value model of weapon equipment performance optimization design was set up, and the model solving method based on hybrid intelligent algorithm was given. The practical calculation analysis shows that the proposed me-thod is effective, which will benefit the overall scheme of the weapon equipment demonstration, performance optimization, affordability assessment and decision making.
