摘要
为了平抑风电出力,采用了双层模糊控制优化策略的风储系统。首先,利用小波包将风电场出力进行分解,得到平抑目标功率和储能系统充放电初级参考指令。接着,根据储能设备的荷电状态和充放电初级参考指令利用模糊控制对储能设备的荷电状态进行调节。然后,利用第二层模糊控制实现储能设备之间的能量相互流动,优化储能设备的充放电功率指令,改善对风电功率波动的平抑效果。最后,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了风储系统模型,通过仿真验证了双层控制优化策略的有效性。研究结果为风力发电储能系统设计提供参考。
In order to suppress wind power output, a double-layer fuzzy control optimization strategy-based wind-storage system is adopted. Firstly, the wind farm power output is decomposed with wavelet packet to obtain both the suppressing target-power and the charge discharge primary reference instructions for the energy-storage system, and then the state of charge(SOC) of the energy-storage device is regulated with fuzzy control in accordance with both the state of charge(SOC) of the energy-storage device and the charge discharge primary reference instructions. Afterwards, the energy mutual flow among the energy-storage devices is realized with the second-layer fuzzy control to optimize the charge discharge power instructions of the energy-storage device for improving the suppressing effect on wind power fluctuation. Finally, a wind-storage system model is built up with Matlab/Simulink for verifying the availability of the double-layer fuzzy control optimization strategy through the relevant simulation. The study results can provide certain references for the design of the wind power energy-storage system concerned.
