摘要
概述了国内部分学者对峰谷分时电价所作的研究,介绍了负荷曲线与派生的持续负荷曲线的等效相关性和持续负荷曲线洛桑德公式,以及经数学家华罗庚论证的概率倍加原理,阐述了持续负荷曲线洛桑德公式和概率倍加原理在确定分时电价基本结构中的应用,给出的算例表明了新方法的严密、简明特点和有效性。
The research on peak-valley time-of-use(TOU)power price made by some domestic scholars is summarized,the equivalent correlation between load curve and derived load duration curve,the Lossander formula of the load duration curve and the probability multiplier principle demonstrated by mathematician Hua Luogeng are introduced,and the application of the Lossander formula of the load duration curve and the probability multiplier principle in determining the basic structure of TOU power price is expounded.And the given example shows the precision,conciseness and effectiveness of the new method.
