基于微信扫码技术的电力检修工器具管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 为了规范电力企业工器具的管理,确保电力工器具的安全使用和保障现场作业的人身安全,各个层级的电力单位都相继出台了安全工器具的管理规定。在电力企业中,基层班组是每日现场工作的具体执行者和工器具的直接使用者,复杂的管理流程和落后的人工填写方式降低了生产效率,耗费了大量的人力和时间,导致基层班组工器具管理工作流于形式。利用微信“扫一扫”功能简单、方便的特点,开发了一种应用于基层班组日常工作的电力检修工器具管理系统,实践表明,该系统可以有效地解决电力检修工器具管理流程复杂、不规范、效率低等问题。 In order to standardize the management of tools in power enterprises,ensure the safe use of power tools and the personal safety of field operation workers,power units at all levels have issued regulations for the management of safety tools in succession.In electric power enterprises,grass-roots teams are the specific executors and direct users of tools for daily on-site work.Complex management processes and backward manual filling methods reduce production efficiency, consume a lot of manpower and time,leading to the result that the management of tools in grass-roots teams becomes mere formality.By making use of the simple and convenient features of WeChat’s "Scan QR Code" function,a management system of electric power maintenance tools applied to the daily work of grass-roots teams is developed.Practice shows that the system can effectively solve the problems of complex process,lack of standardization and low efficiency of power maintenance tools management.
