摘要
空压机系统是电厂机组稳定运行的重要组成系统,能够保证自动化控制设备可靠运行,但螺杆式空压机效率低,目前无法实现智能控制。在升级为高效离心式空压机系统后,实现了智能控制与参数远程监测,能耗在线评估,为火电厂安全经济运行创造了条件。
The air compressor system is an important component of the stable operation of power plant units,which can ensure the reliable operation of automatic control equipment,but the screw air compressor is of low efficiency and cannot realize intelligent control at present.After the present system is upgraded to an efficient centrifugal air compressor system,intelligent control,remote monitoring of parameters and on-line evaluation of energy consumption are realized,creating favorable conditions for safe and economical operation of thermal power plants.
