600MW燃煤机组烟气脱硝系统喷氨优化调整试验

摘要 燃煤电厂在进行超低排放改造后,由于选择性催化还原烟气脱硝装置出口处氨逃逸的增加,导致空气预热器阻力加大,从而影响机组的经济性和安全性对600 MW燃煤机组脱硝装置的喷氨系统进行了优化调整试验,即在满足装置超低排放的前提下,通过调整喷氨手动门控制脱硝装置出口NOx质量浓度及氨逃逸质量浓度,使脱氮反应器出口区NOx质量浓度分布的均匀性得到显著改善,有效地控制了氨逃逸。 After the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants,the ammonia escape at the outlet of the SCR flue gas denitration device increases,resulting in an increase of air preheater resistance,which affects the economical efficiency and safety of the units.The optimization and adjustment tests are carried out on the ammonia injection system of the denitration device of the 600 MW coal-fired units.Under the premise of meeting the ultra-low emission of the device,the NOx and ammonia escape mass concentration at the outlet of the denitration device are controlled by adjusting the manual door of ammonia injection.After the adjustment test,the uniformity of the NO,mass concentration distribution in the outlet zone of the denitrification reactor is significantly improved,thereby effectively controlling the escape of ammonia.
