一种汽轮机超低背压灵活性改造方案研究

摘要 介绍了一种汽轮机超低背压灵活性改造方案,对改造方案的系统布置连接及改造内容进行了论述,对汽轮机低压缸超低背压工况下的性能进行了核算。超低背压灵活性改造可实现低压缸脱缸实时切换,提高了机组的灵活性,真正做到了热电解耦,具有改造相对简单,汽轮机本体改造费用低、改造量小等优点。 A flexible retrofit scheme of ultra-low back pressure for steam turbine is introduced.The system layout connection and contents of the transformation plan are discussed.The performance of low-pressure cylinder of steam turbine under ultra-low back pressure is checked.The ultra-low back pressure flexibility transformation can realize real-time off-cylinder switching of the low-pressure cylinder,improve the flexibility of the units and truly realize thermoelectric decoupling.It also has the advantages of relatively simple transformation,minor transformation of the turbine main body,low transformation cost and the like.
