高校体育教育专业评估指标体系构建研究

高校体育教学质量的高低,对于人才培养有着直接影响。因此,高校积极开展体育教育专业评估是提高高校体育管理、确保体育教学质量的有效途径。文章运用层次分析法,选取6项高校体育教育专业评估指标,并借助专家打分方式,通过判断矩阵、一致性检验等方法,分析各项指标对于高校体育教学的影响程度。研究发现:在6大类高校体育教育专业评估指标中,教学目标的影响力对于高校体育教学质量提升影响最大、教学投入与教师素养对于体育教学质量影响也较大。因此,高校体育教学应从教学目标、师资队伍等方面出发,建立系统专业的评估体系。

The quality of college physical education has a direct impact on the quality of personnel training.Therefore,it is an effective way to improve the management of physical education and ensure the quality of physical education.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to select six evaluation indicators of physical education major in Colleges and universities.With the help of expert scoring method,through judgment matrix,consistency test and other methods,this paper analyzes the impact of each index on college physical education teaching.The results show that:in the six categories of college physical education professional evaluation indicators,the influence of teaching objectives has the greatest impact on the improvement of college physical education quality;teaching investment and teacher quality also have a greater impact on the quality of physical education.Therefore,college physical education should set up a systematic professional evaluation system from the aspects of teaching objectives and teaching staff.
