摘要
目的评估三维射频消融术在左主室穹顶部起源室性心律失常中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年2月~2020年5月于牡丹江医学院附属第二医院及牡丹江医学院红旗医院心内科确诊并行射频消融术的患者60例,按照手术方法分为三维射频消融组(n=30)和传统射频消融组(n=30),比较两组患者术中情况、术后心律失常特异性。结果三维射频消融组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于传统射频消融组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);三维射频消融组患者术中出血量少于传统射频消融组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者术后心律失常特异性情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论三维射频消融术可显著改善左心室穹顶部室性心律失常患者术中情况,缩短患者住院时间及手术时间,减少术后心律失常的发生,是治疗该特殊部位的射频消融的新方法,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional radiofrequency ablation in ventricular arrhythmia originating from the left ventricular summit. Methods A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed and treated with radiofrequency ablation in Department of cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University and Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University from February 2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into the three-dimensional radiofrequency ablation group(n=30) and traditional radiofrequency ablation group(n=30) according to the operation modes. Intraoperative conditions, specificity of postoperative arrhythmia were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the three-dimensional radiofrequency ablation group were shorter than those of the traditional radiofrequency ablation group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The intraoperative blood loss in the three-dimensional radiofrequency ablation group was less than that of the traditional radiofrequency ablation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the specificity of postoperative arrhythmia between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional radiofrequency ablation can significantly improve the intraoperative conditions of patients with left ventricular dome ventricular arrhythmia, shorten the patient’s hospital stay and operation time, and reduce the occurrence of rehabilitation arrhythmias.It is a new method of radiofrequency ablation in treating this special part of human body, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
