人参对心力衰竭患者心功能、神经内分泌因子影响的研究

A study of the effect of ginseng on cardiac function and neuroendocrine factors in patients with heart failure

目的探讨人参对心力衰竭(HF)患者心功能、神经内分泌因子的影响。方法选择2018年8月~2020年1月我院收治的心力衰竭患者60例,采取随机对照方法将60例心力衰竭患者分观察组和对照组。观察组和对照组均按临床常规处理,观察组在常规治疗基础上,予每天人参15g口服。分析比较两组对第1天、第7天、第14天24h尿液去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平;比较两组14d后左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)、脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)、心率(HR)的差异。结果治疗后观察组HR、LVEDd、LAESd均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组BNP、NE均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论人参能够有效增强心力衰竭患者的心功能,降低神经内分泌因子的表达,是治疗心力衰竭的有效药物。

Objective To investigate the effects of ginseng on cardiac function and neuroendocrine factors in patients with heart failure(HF). Methods A total of 60 patients with HF admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine clinical drug, while the observation group was treated orally with 15 g of ginseng daily on the basis of routine drug. 24-h urine norepinephrine(NE) levels were analyzed and compared between the two groups on days 1, 7 and 14. The differences of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD), brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) and heart rate(HR) between the two groups were compared after 14 days. Results After treatment, HR, LVEDD and LAESD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). BNP and NE in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ginseng can effectively strengthen the cardiac function of patients with HF and reduce the expression of neuroendocrine factors. It is an effective drug for the treatment of HF.
