个性化护理联合饮食干预在维持性血液透析并甲状旁腺功能亢进患者中的应用

Application of individualized nursing combined with dietary intervention in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with hyperparathyroidism

目的探讨优个性化护理联合饮食干预在维持性血液透析并甲状旁腺功能亢进患者中的应用研究。方法选取2018年1月~2020年3月我院血透中心收治的因尿毒症行维持性血液透析并甲状旁腺功能亢进患者60例作为研究对象,随机分配其中的30例作为对照组,给予血透常规护理干预;另外30例作为研究组,给予个性化护理联合饮食干预。比较两组患者3个月后生化指标(血磷、血钙、甲状旁腺激素)、营养指标(血红蛋白、清蛋白)及生活质量情况。结果研究组的生化指标低于对照组,营养指标高于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析并甲状旁腺功能亢进患者实施个性化护理联合饮食干预,有助于调节钙磷平衡及降低甲状旁腺素水平,改善营养状况,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application of individualized nursing combined with dietary intervention in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with hyperparathyroidism. Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis due to uremia complicated with hyperparathyroidism admitted to hemodialysis center of our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly assigned as the control group(n=30) and the study group(n=30). The control group was given conventional nursing intervention for hemodialysis, while the study group was given individualized nursing combined with dietary intervention. The biochemical indexes(blood phosphorus, blood calcium, parathyroid hormone), nutritional indexes(hemoglobin, albumin) and quality of life(QoL) were compared between the two groups of patients after 3 months. Results The biochemical indexes of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the nutritional index was higher than that of the control group, the QoL score was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing combined with dietary intervention for patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with hyperparathyroidism is helpful to adjust the balance of calcium and phosphorus, reduce the level of parathyroid hormone, improve the nutritional status and improve the QoL.
