摘要
目的探究赋能教育对男性抑郁症患者用药依从性及自我效能的影响。方法选取2019年1~6月(赋能教育实施后)我院精神科男病区收治的52例男性抑郁症患者作为赋能组;另选取2018年7~12月(赋能教育实施前)收治的52例男性抑郁症患者作为对照组。对照组实施常规护理,赋能组在此基础上开展赋能教育,比较两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)以及自我效能感量表(GSES)评分。结果经过干预后,赋能组HAMD评分明显低于对照组(t=2.386,P=0.019);赋能组MMAS-8评分明显高于对照组(t=2.778,P=0.007);赋能组GSES评分明显高于对照组(t=2.955,P=0.004)。结论对男性抑郁症患者采取赋能教育有利于缓解患者抑郁症状,改善其用药依从性以及自我效能。
Objective To investigate the medication compliance of empowerment education in male patients with depression and its impacts on self-efficacy. Methods Male patients with depression admitted to the ward of male psychiatry of our hospital from January to June 2019(after the implementation of empowerment education) were selected as the empowerment group(n=52), and other male patients with depression admitted from July to December 2018(before the implementation of empowerment education) were selected as the control group(n=52). The control group was given conventional nursing, while the empowerment group was given empowerment education based on the control group. The scores of HAMD, MMAS-8 and GSES were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After intervention, the HAMD score of the empowerment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.386,P=0.019). The MMAS-8 score of the empowerment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.778,P=0.007). The GSES score of the empowerment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.955,P=0.004). Conclusion Empowerment education in male patients with depression is beneficial to relieve their depressive symptoms and improve their medication compliance and self-efficacy.
