摘要
目的观察规范化方案治疗神经外科重症昏迷患者的效果。方法回顾性选取2018年4月~2020年4月阳江市中医医院神经外科重症昏迷患者460例,依据治疗方法分为常规化方案组(n=230)和规范化方案组(n=230),统计分析两组患者的临床疗效、GCS评分、DRS评分、GOS评分、苏醒时间、ICU住院时间。结果在治疗的总有效率方面,规范化方案组为95.7%(220/230),常规化方案组为73.9%(170/230),前者显著高于后者(P <0.05)。规范化方案组患者治疗后较治疗前的GCS评分升高幅度、DRS评分降低幅度均显著高于常规化方案组(P <0.05)。规范化方案组患者的GOS评分显著高于常规化方案组(P <0.05),苏醒时间显著短于常规化方案组(P <0.05),ICU住院时间显著短于常规化方案组(P <0.05)。结论规范化方案治疗神经外科重症昏迷患者的效果较常规化方案好。
Objective To observe the efficacy of standardized scheme for patients with severe coma in neurosurgery. Methods A total of 460 patients with severe coma in the department of neurosurgery of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to April 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into the conventional scheme group(n= 30) and the standardized scheme group(n=230) according to the treatment methods. The clinical efficacies, GCS scores, DRS scores, GOS scores, wake-up time and hospitalization time in ICU of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results In terms of total efficacy rate, the standardized scheme group was 95.7%(220/230), while the conventional scheme group was 73.9%(170/230), and the former was significantly higher than the latter(P < 0.05). Compared with the patients before treatment, the increase of GCS score and the decrease of DRS score in the standardized scheme group were significantly higher than those in the conventional scheme group(P < 0.05). The GOS score of the standardized scheme group was significantly higher than that of the conventional scheme group(P < 0.05), the wake-up time was significantly shorter than that of the conventional scheme group(P < 0.05), and the hospitalization time in ICU was significantly shorter than that of the conventional scheme group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of the standardized scheme in treating severe coma patients in the department of neurosurgery is better than that of the conventional scheme.
