手外伤带蒂皮瓣修复临床分析

Clinical analysis of pedicled flap repair for hand injury

目的探讨手外伤带蒂皮瓣修复的临床疗效。方法选择扬州华创医院骨科和扬州大学附属医院手足外科2018年12月~2019年12月期间接收治疗的80例手外伤患者。根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组行游离皮瓣修复术进行治疗,观察组行带蒂皮瓣修复治疗,将两组临床疗效及安全性进行比较。结果比较两组治疗总有效率,观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。比较两组不良反应总发生率,观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对手外伤患者实施带蒂皮瓣修复,效果显著,有助于改善患者病情,并且安全性高,患者可以尽快出院,具有重要的临床应用价值,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pedicled skin flap repair of hand trauma. Methods A total of 80 cases of hand trauma patients treated in Department of Orthopedics, Yangzhou Huachuang Hospital and Deparment of Hand-foot Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from December 2018 to December 2019 were included. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases). The control group was treated with flap repair, and the observation group was treated with pedicled flap repair. Results Compared with the total effective rate of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of pedicled skin flap repair for hand trauma patients has significant effect, can significantly improve the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment, and has high safety, patients can be discharged as soon as possible, which has important clinical application value, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
