新中国成立之初中国共产党对政治发展道路的探索与确立

Exploration and Establishment of the Communist Party of China to Its Path of Political Development at the Beginning of the Founding of New China

中国共产党在新民主主义革命的不同时期创建苏维埃政权,成立陕甘宁边区政府,提出建立全国民主联合政府等,对政治发展道路进行符合国情的探索,取得了丰富的实践经验和理论成果。新中国成立后,“五四宪法”规定了国家的性质、政权组织形式等内容,初步确立了新中国成立初期的政治发展道路。这条政治发展道路的科学内涵是:以毛泽东思想为指导,明确党的领导核心作用,法定人民民主专政国体,初步建立包括人民代表大会制度、多党合作和政治协商制度、民族区域自治制度等的社会主义民主政治制度。新中国成立初期的政治发展道路是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义政治发展道路的根基,其探索和确立的内容及过程仍具有重要的启示意义。

The CPC created the Soviet regime at different times during the New Democratic Revolution Period.It founded Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region government,proposed to establish the national democratic coalition government and explored the path of political development that suited China’s national conditions which has obtained the rich practice experience and the theory achievements.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the nature of regime organization this country and were stipulated by the first constitution,which initially established the political development path in the early days of the founding of new China.It defined the core role of the Party’s leadership,forms of our state and socialist democratic political systems such as the People’s Congress,multi-party cooperation and political consultation,and ethnic regional autonomy.The political development path in the early days of new China was the foundation to persist and develop the socialist path of making political progress with Chinese characteristics and its process of exploration and establishment still has important enlightening significance.
